God has given us “exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these we may be partakers of His divine nature, and be able to escape the corruption that we see in the world today. 2 Peter 3:14.

If you have trouble of any kind in your life, God wants you “through faith and patience” to “inherit the promises” that He has already given (Hebrews 6:12). A lot of times circumstances in our lives indicates that we have failed to activate God’s promises. Instead of thinking that God does not care for us or our situations, we ought to seek Him, and meditate on His promises.

God has made available to us incredible spiritual and natural resources which will enable us to fulfill the destiny he has planned for us. It would grieve

the heart of God our Father if we were to ignore His great provision and simply seek to go our own way in the power of our own resources,

ignoring what He has promised.

We must be willing to overcome our ignorance of God’s promises through studying, researching and meditating on his word. Then when God’s promises enter our hearts, and begin to come alive in us by the power of the Holy Spirit, we should begin to make them part of our everyday speech. By regularly speaking them out, and even muttering them to ourselves, by doing this, we activate them in our lives. We should do this also as an act of thanksgiving

and gratitude for His love.

We must do this in faith, calling it as it should be, and not as it seems to be, long before we even begin to see the manifestation or appearance of the desired promises in our lives. In fact, the more we say the truth in belief, the more it enters back through our ears and into our hearts and minds,

and the more we will believe it.

We should keep on repeating to ourselves what God has spoken that is relevant to our situation. We need to get our mind attuned.

We have to be able and ready to fight for ourselves by knowing who we are, what is our purpose and what is our relationship with God. Knowing what is ours, is knowing the Promises of God and knowing how to activate them in our life, being willing to stand our ground and affirm them at all times.

It is our belief that restoration of lives to divine living can come about through propagating a lifestyle of engagement with God, knowledge of self, belief, activation and application of the Promises of God which were already given to us to effect the redemption of mankind. God has a plan, so get with the program, why would you deny yourself the benefits. Activate His promises, for as you think so you are.

You have a purpose that is why God keeps waking you up every morning, just think about that. Many people went to bed and never awoke and some who awake may not have done so in their right faculties. So there is hope and possibilities for change in your life, but you have to follow the leading of the spirit.

Matthew 11:28-29

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

We may grow weary and the burdens of life is so heavy on our shoulders, but if we would take a moment to stop and remember, that we cannot make it in our own strength, we need the strength of God, he said that he is willing to make our burdens light, he is willing to help us through any situations in our life.

My life is a living testimony my friends. If it was not God on my side, I do not know what would've become of me. Trust me, when you put your burdens to God and trust him, solutions start to come your way, your understanding of your situation become clear and you are best able to handle them. You ever had a situation is life that seem so disastrous, so negative, you may have run around confused, telling everyone you problem, hoping that they can give you a solution and they did not - and sometimes they may make the situation even worse by giving your wrong advice or telling your situations to others. However, when you turn to God in prayers or just stop and simply say, "God, help me I do not know what to do," suddenly a solution comes. My friend there is nothing impossible with God, you troubles may not just all go away all at once, but you will get a solution how to handle it and cope through it. Remember God is not somewhere in the sky and unreachable, GOD IS WITHIN YOU. AND GREATER IS HE THAT IS WITHIN YOU, that any situation external of you. Use the power that is within you.

Isaiah 40:29-31

"He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless. Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion.

But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint."

There may be some situation or circumstance in your life that you do not have control over and it may make you feel weak and powerless, helpless that you do not know what to do. You may have been mistreated, stuck in a relationship that you do not feel comfortable in and it may seems that there is no way out, you may be in that job that is sapping all your strength and you just cannot get up and leave because you have no other source of income, lack of resources to start that new business, lack of money, lack of love, someone may be oppressing you, you have that court case and it seems that you are not going to win because your opponent has more influence that you, or whatever my friends is making you feel weak and powerless. Stop! this promise of God is just for you. Trust in God and lean not on your own understanding, put everything sincerely in his hands and you will find the strength to stand up, to be bold, to find courage. Remember with God you are greater that your circumstances. Do not give up, hold fast, there is a way out. Speak out this promise, believe this promise and it will work for you.

Exodus 33:14

"My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest”

You are never alone, there is no time that God is not with you. Why many may not be able to confidently say this is because they have not acknowledge the presence of God in their life, he is not activated in them, he is not recognized by them, so they think he is not there. The psalmist David who was convinced of the presence of God within, expressively wrote in Psalm 139:7-12 said: "Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go to the heavens, you are there, if I make my bed in the depths you are there, If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast, If I say "surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me," even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is a light to you." There is no separation from God, you. My friends no matter what is your state of condition today, what wrong you may have done, what you may have gone though God is still with you. The fact of the matter is, God will not force himself on you, He has given you "free will" to make a choose concerning yourself, so you have to acknowledge him and call on Him. The choice is with you. Behold He stands at the door of your consciousness, rapping, trying to signal your attention, would you not let Him in today, try this and prove God, he is never slack concerning His promises.

Exodus 34:6

"The Lord, the Lord, the compassionate and gracious God, is slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness, maintaining love to thousands,

and forgiving wickedness, rebellion and sin."

How many times have you done something that makes someone so angry with you, sometimes they are so merciless that the punishment given to you is ridiculous. Lives are destroyed, families are broken up, friendships are destroyed, jobs are lost, fines are given, people are disfranchised, opportunities are withheld, and the list goes on, because someone make a mistake that has not been forgiven. Thanks be to God that we have a God who does not operate like man, because if he did, you or I would not have been here in the land of the living. Oftentimes the person who are so cold where forgiveness is concern are the ones who themselves had done so many things against others. Oh! examine yourself carefully. This is the Promise of God, his is compassionate, slow to angry, because if he was not he would have already destroyed mankind for the gross atrocities man is doing in the world today. He is a forgiving God, so you have hope, a chance to make a change in your life. The opportunity is available to you in this promise, why continue in sin and wickedness any longer. God is faithful with his promises.

In the Holy Bible in the book of Isaiah 1:18 it reads: "Come now, let us settle the matter,"says the Lord. "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow, though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool." Your Creator who knows you best, wants to give you an opportunity today to turn away from your sinful nature, no matter how gross it may be, there is always forgiveness offered to you by Him - why not accept this offer.

Deuteronomy 3:22

"Do not be afraid of them; the Lord your God himself will fight for you"

Do not be afraid of anyone, put your trust in God, He is capable of fighting for you. The fight is not against flesh and blood, the fight is against principalities and powers and spiritual wickedness. It is not a carnal fight, it is a spiritual fight, so you have to fight in the spirit, with the spirit of God. You get carnal and physical in fightings because you cannot see into the realm of the spirit, everything has a spiritual origin---ARE YOU NOT SPIRIT, IN A BODY, AND HAVING A HUMAN EXPERIENCE. So what do you think is the composition of the adversary that is coming against you, IT IS SPIRIT. God in you is Spirit, You are Spirit, the Battle is Spirit. So God in You will fight will fight for you. Remember this promise, every time a battle rages against you, be calm and use the power within you, never get too carried away in a physical and carnal way because it may have severe circumstances.

We use God's might weapons, not worldly weapons, to knock down the strongholds of human reasoning and to destroy false arguments,

as no weapon that is formed to come against us shall be able to destroy us, when we call on God for our defense.

Proverbs 9:10

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding” (9:10).

Fear in this statement refers to a specific sense of respect, awe, and submission. Until we understand who God is and develope a reverential fear for Him, we cannot have true wisdom. True wisdom comes from understanding who God is and that He is holy, just and righteous. For example when we fear God, we stop doing things that will bring dishonor to His name. If we were thieves, fornicators, adulterers, liars, deceivers, gossipers, immoral women or men, doing whatever ungodly acts against yourselves and others we would cease doing same, then in so doing wisdom will embrace us. The bitterness of our doings and the sweetness of wisdom cannot dwell in the same place, in the same body. So if you are still doing all those things that displeases God, it is fair to say that you have no wisdom of God, and no knowledge of the Holy One. You wisdom is sensual, carnal but not of God, do not be confused because it seems that you are getting ahead or prospering with your sensual and carnal wisdom, sooner or later with will bring its rewards that may not be too beneficial to you.

This promise is sure, I have personally seen the manifestation of it in my life, once I begun to fear God, and study His word to get a knowledge of who He is, it brought so much understanding to the purpose of my life. This is my ministry.

Proverbs 16:3

"Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed."

Can you build a house on no foundation? Will you be able to stand with no feet? So if God is the source of your life, your creator, why did you think that He does not know what is the best plan to your success. This promise could be simply understood, try it and see how you will get directions from god that will guarantee your success.

Joel 2:25-27

"I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten. You will have plenty to eat, until you are full, and you will praise the name of the Lord your God, who has worked wonders for you; never again will my people be shamed. Then you will know that I am in Israel, that I am the Lord your God, and that there is no other; never again will my people be shamed"

With tears streaming down my face I am writing here, this promise has come alive in my life, it has been activated. God is awesome, He is faithful,

He is sure concerning his promises. His words does not go void, but it accomplishes everything that it said it would do. Praise to you my God, you are worthy!

My friends, I had lost much, many of my possessions that I had to put in the storage, because I had no money to pay the storage fees they posses all my stuff for mere over $300 dollars, the value of my stuff was far exceeding that. I was also temporarily homeless and unemployed, but at no time did i ever stop trusting God. I still found time to volunteer at a local church in the prayer ministry, the senior ministry, the soup kitchen, I wash dishes and pots,

swept the floor, serve the hungry, cheerfully and with love that no one knew what I was going through. I trusted God when he reminded me of this promise,

I trusted him, even though my immediate circumstance did not show the evidence. Then one day, I got a job, help to get an apartment, moved to another state, was given household furniture and appliances free of cost from someone who was a stranger to me, and would you believe there were better than what I had lost in the storage. I even received stuff that I had always longed for before and never had, and still it keeps coming. I appeal to you my beloved ones, trust God, activate his promises, he has already prepared a plan for your redemption and your restoration, please grab hold of it today. Do not hesitate, do not wait for tomorrow, today is your day for salvation. If it was not so, you would not have been reading this right now.
