The plan of the enemy is:
DESTRUCTION OF THE BODY........... The body is the temple of the living God. The place where His Holy Spirit needs residence in order for mankind to life in harmony and divine communication with God. Divine communication with God will cause man to have wisdom, knowledge and understanding of how to live their lives and make the optimum utilization of the Divine Attributes of the God Head, thus becoming God in manifestation.
If the body is sick the above cannot be achieved. there will be no energy in the body, or the adequate amount of energy needed for the body to respond to the everyday needs of the individual. Man will live in distress and decay due to ill health; there will be no enthusiasm, no zeal for life, the mind will be dull.

- Unhealthy eating - over eating, poor nutrition
- Unhealthy life styles: Excessive use of Alcohol, Smoking, Drug Use
- Failure to take good monitoring of our health

God heals not only the physical body, but he can heal the mind, soul and spirit. Today as we look around in society we see so many people sick and suffering.
Many lives have fallen due to the COVID - 19 virus. Many people are sick in mind (mental illness) and spirit (depression). God wants to restore you to
health and well-being today, right now at this moment, for it is not his pleasure that anyone should suffer.
Why should anyone choose to be sick? yet many has chosen to be out of alignment in their thoughts, words and deeds. For we are creators of our own destiny
and due to our lack of knowledge or our stubbornness to take cognizance of our well being, we find ourselves either sick in body, mind or spirit.
Yet in spite of all this restoration is afforded to us, when we transform ourselves by the renewal of our minds. When we make a conscious decision to get our
lives in order; eat healthy; exercise; meditate; have regular medical checkups and keep in alignment with our divine self-hood.
Always remember that we are spiritual beings having a human experience.
